What is the cost to our company?
There is ZERO cost to your company. Workplace Wellness directly bill extended benefit companies such as Great West Life and Pacific Blue Cross, the employee pays the difference through our online booking system.

What about our company’s liability should a staff member get injured while receiving treatment?
Just like receiving treatment at any physiotherapy and massage clinic, each client/staff member signs a liability waiver form, removing any liability from the employer. Our practitioners each carry their own liability insurance - this is mandatory practice in the industry.
What services does Workplace Wellness provide?
Workplace Wellness primarily provides physiotherapy, massage therapy and ergonomics services, however, we are expanding our offerings all the time to add wellness initiatives such as meditation, yoga, personal training, breath work, nutrition guidance, chiropractic treatments, stretch therapy and more. The mix of services can be tailored to your employees needs and what your company would like to offer.
When will you provide your services at our workplace?
We will work with your unique situation and service request to design a schedule that works best for the space being used and maximizes convenience for your staff. For instance, we find that afternoon sessions are good for programs such as physio and RMT sessions. Whereas morning and lunchtime slots are better suited to meditation practices and midday exercise classes to boost staff energy!
Do we need to guarantee a certain number of appointments per day?
No, we find that it’s a very popular service for employees to take advantage of and we get full very quickly.
What does our company need to provide to Workplace Wellness?
All we need is a private room or space available to us on the days that we have organized with you to provide our services. All equipment used is mobile. Everything we bring, we can take back with us.
